2. What data we collect
We only collect data you choose to share with us through the contact form (full name, email address and message content) and standard technical browsing data (truncated IP address, device type, pages visited) when this is consistent with your cookie preferences.
3. Why we use your data
We use the data to respond to your enquiries, provide information about our real estate crowdlending services, maintain the security of the site, comply with legal obligations and —when you authorise us— to measure site performance and personalise advertising content.
4. Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on your free and informed consent, on the pre-contractual relationship arising from your enquiry, and on the legitimate interest of keeping the site secure and functional, all within the framework of Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may share it with technology providers that assist us (for example, email and traffic analysis services), always under confidentiality and data protection obligations equivalent to ours, and with competent authorities where a legal requirement exists.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may be located outside Argentina. In those cases we verify that adequate data protection safeguards are in place, whether through adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms.

You can also file complaints before the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority for personal data protection in Argentina.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit, access control and periodic review of our internal processes.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when there are regulatory, technical or operational changes. When a change is material, we will let you know through a visible notice on the site and by updating the date at the beginning of the document.
